Monthly English Sahaja Yoga Workshop – Vienna – first Saturday of each Month
On Saturday, 7th March at 15:00, we will hold our first monthly English-language Sahaja Yoga Workshop at Postgasse 13, 1010 Vienna.
These workshops will take place on the first Saturday of each month and will last approximately 2–3 hours.
The workshops are intended for newcomers who have attended at least one Sahaja Yoga programme and would like to take the next step beyond an introductory session.
Together, we will explore the chakras in greater depth—their qualities, sounds, deities, and much more. We will tap into the deeper knowledge of Sahaja Yoga, opening up fascinating insights into our inner being. We will also practise cleansing techniques to strengthen our subtle system, and of course we will meditate and deepen our inner silence.
And we will share some tea, sweets and savouries.
