08.03.2025 – International Women’s Day – Sahaja Yoga Meditationszentrum Postgasse

International Women’s Day

This day we will have a joyful, relaxed sharing of stories, The experience of Self-Realisation, meditation, a sharing of vibrations and techniques to guide us towards a stronger, more joyful self. There will be live music and learning about ancient Sanskrit vocals to help support our spiritual ascent. We will have some Hatha Yoga exercises (very simple – no need for special clothing) and nice, tasty finger food to nourish our bodies.

Self-Realisation occurs when the “Kundalini” – a feminine force dormant in the “O Sacrum” at the base of our spine – is awakened and rises, emerging through the “Fontanelle” on top of our head.

Sahaja Yoga is the simple technique which supports our Self-Realisation. It enables us to tap into this awakened inner energy and harness its power to balance and deeply connect to ourselves.

Always free, Sahaja Yoga is practiced in more than 100 countries.
