Is it difficult to meditate for 10 minutes a day?
When you start meditating it seems like a difficult task; meditating for 10 minutes each morning. Yet I immediately noticed that I could integrate it very naturally into my morning routine. Meditation gives me so much positivity through the day, I can’t do without it! I would say be patient with yourself and it will come automatically.
What changes do you see in yourself through meditation?
Over the years I have noticed many changes in myself. The biggest changes are; being more confident, increase in self-knowledge and joy. I get a lot of strength from the connection I feel while meditating. The power I feel to be myself, power to accept, and sharing Sahaja Yoga experience with others.
What is the most important lesson you learned from Shri Mataji?
I am always being protected through the love and compassion of the kundalini that I feel while meditating. I know deep down that there is a higher force that takes care of me. This teaching is the foundation for my spiritual and emotional growth. I cannot express my gratitude for Shri Mataji for giving us Sahaja Yoga.
